At Horsford CofE VA Primary school, we were delighted to be awarded CLPE associate status for demonstrating a whole school commitment to delivering our English curriculum through the CLPE power of reading principles. Using the CLPE core beliefs of every child being provided the opportunity to enjoy literature; and the importance of texts that engage children and support developing literacy; we ensure that our children have to access to fiction, non fiction and poetry opportunities to inspire them as readers and writers.
